Added. Challenge one of four season beasts and grab a Hall of Life Key to challenge Rigel inside the Hall of Life.
This instance has been tweaked in order to facilitate the farm of specific bosses instead of being fully random.
No cooldown for entry, players may challenge this instance as many times as they want.
Hall of Life:
Added. Challenge Rigel, Betelgeuse's big sis, inside the Dimensional Prison. Earn your Constellation's Protection and increase its rank to acquire greater rewards at greater risks!
Entry is limited only by amount of Keys, no cooldown.

Enabled level 5 upgrade for all applicable star aspects.
Final upgrades may be done using the Dimension Criminal Soul acquired from defeating Rigel at rank 5 or above.
Circulation of Life garments and accessories are now craftable and enchantable.

Added Lake of Fire and Hall of Life to the Instance Manager.
Added Garden of Time to the warper.

Fixed Magic Bullet Star Aspect not working correctly.
Iana Card should appear in the EP21 exchange for fragments properly now.
Werner Laboratory is now fixed an Cutie or YSF01 can be challenged.
